The Fall of Trey Gowdy

Throughout the last few years, the American public has been subjected to rampant and unrepentant criminal conduct by government officials of the IRS regarding several of its top-level officials engaging in the partisan targeting of several conservative organizations that were seeking to gain a 501c status from the IRS to freely engage in their political activities.

The IRS employed banana republic style tactics when it used the power of their office as a weapon to silence free speech and to curtail and oppress political dissent against the ruling Obama crime family that these conservative organizations posed. And, when they were caught, the IRS’s top officials criminally stonewalled the impotent and irrelevant Congress during several of their Kabuki theater shows.

During this entire disgusting blemish against law, order and the inalienable rights of EVERY free American that was unfolding before the American public during various live shows of the Kabuki Show’s known as Congressional hearings you would always find the main star of the attraction thrust into the limelight—Congressman Trey “Kabuki” Gowdy.

With having been a former federal prosecutor, Congressman Trey Gowdy, much like his fellow Mafiosi member, Mo "the Window dresser" Brooks, he should know what the laws are and how to "judiciously" apply it to individuals who are engaging in criminal conduct. This judicial facade is why he was chosen to lead the Benghazi Hearings involving Hillary Clinton and so on. It was during the Trey Gowdy Kabuki Hour Extravaganza (IRS hearings) that the former federal prosecutor eviscerated law professors that were brought in to testify on behalf of the IRS. However, his wrath would not be limited to the learned people. The target of his feigned rage was focused on the employees behind the IRS scandal including Lois Lerner and even IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman [who was named in the 2011 federal lawsuit-see ethic’s complaint link] along with the new IRS Commissioner John Koskinen. The testimony was brutal, which includes a few choice selections for you examine. Despite the fact that evidence was eventually uncovered and provided that such criminal activity did in fact occur, the Obama crime family criminal organization the Department of Justice chose not to indict and prosecute those who were involved in the crime. But, rather instead, they chose to attack the United States Constitution, Which should not have come as a surprise to anyone with an inkling of a brain.

Here are a few memorable episodes where Trey Gowdy feigns outrage towards the IRS and its officials while the camera rolls...

gowdy complaintAfter watching Congressman Trey Gowdy's unrelenting attacks on trying to get to the bottom of the truth regarding the IRS scandals. I became encouraged that finally someone in Congress possessed actual integrity for once as I watched inventively as he displayed what I thought was rare integrity and the passion he displayed to uphold not only the law of the land, but also his oath of office and defend the U.S. Constitution. So, it only seemed logical to me to file my complaint with him in his capacity NOT as the representative of the U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 4th congressional district, but as a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. So, I sent him a copy of the complaint. [SEE LINKS AND PICTURES BELOW]

GOWDY ADDEDAfter confirming that the complaint to Congressman Trey Gowdy was delivered regarding the $58 Billion federal contractor employment tax evasion/wage theft crime that DIRECTLY affects the funding of Social Security I waited for several weeks for a reply from his office, but never received a response in any fashion from Congressman Trey Gowdy's office. I had already filed the ethic's complaints in December 2014 with the Congressional Office of Ethics and refiled an amended ethics complaint that now named Congressman Trey Gowdy as having violated his oath of office, the ethics laws in addition to numerous criminal statutes in March 2015. The Amended complaints that now named Trey Gowdy with his fellow Congressmen Darrell Issa, Mo Brooks, John Boehner, George Miller and Nancy Pelosi. There is also an outstanding second and separate ethics complaint filed in the U.S. Senate naming an additional 32 U.S. Senator's as well.

Resolution to impeach IRS Commissioner

After a tumultuous period of time following the IRS debacle, the tax payer money Spent on the kabuki theater hearings, the crimes that subsequently followed the coverup's, the destruction of evidence, the public humiliation of numerous government officials, the mockery of the entire Constitutional oversight process made by the Obama crime family patriarch, Barack H. Obama, and finally having the Department of Justice slap them in the face...Congress finally exercises its power and files four articles of impeachment against the IRS Commissioner, John Koskinen, setting in motion his removal from office. [Click HERE to read the Resolution to Impeach]

I applaud them for their action of exercising their Constitutional power to introduce the articles of impeachment to remove him from office if he is found guilty after the trial, but my question is this: "How can the members of the Congressional Oversight Committee call for the impeachment of the IRS Commissioner, John Koskinen, for the following three articles of impeachment when they, themselves, have committed ethics violation in addition to violating several federal criminal statutes far worse than the IRS Commissioner.

In order to illustrate the double standard's, partisan politics and the overwhelming hypocrisy, I want you now to compare the four Articles of impeachment in the House resolution to the "article's" that I have stated in my Congressional Ethics complaints and see if you can draw a correlation between the two and then ask yourself WHY are they holding themselves to a different standard of "prosecution."

Impeaching John Andrew Koskinen, Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, for high crimes and misdemeanors [apply these same standards to their criminal involvement in the UPSgate crimes]:

The seriousness of such unethical and criminal behavior cannot be understated. Attempting to use their office for partisan campaign purposes undermines its core revenue function, gravely threatens public confidence in the impartial administration of government, and reflects unfavorably upon the U.S. House of Representatives.

To varying degrees, each of the Congressmen and Congresswomen named in this complaint has engaged in exactly this type of conduct, in violation of U.S. House of Representatives rules and federal law. This Committee must act to ensure that this course of conduct is not repeated, lest it become an accepted practice.

By the before mentioned U.S. Congressmen and Congresswomen refusing to investigate the fraud being committed against the United States after the fraud was made known by James R. Earls pursuant to Code One, Two and Nine of the Code of Ethics for Government Service, which reads as follows:

1. Put loyalty to the highest moral principles and to country above loyalty to Government persons, party, or department.

2. Uphold the Constitution, laws, and legal regulations of the United States and of all governments therein and never be a party to their evasion.

9. Expose corruption wherever discovered.

My Analysis

As you can tell after reading both set's of corresponding "expulsion" criteria, the members of Congress HAVE exceeded the threshold of "high crimes and misdemeanors that is required for the impeachment of an officer of the government and SHOULD be immediately expelled from office and prosecuted. If you are unsure of the theory behind their removal then I ask that you read the complete ethics complaint and examine how these members of Congress are STRIPPED of their immunity.

First, as you could easily determine from simply comparing the two set's of criteria, Congress DID engage in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with their duties as an Officer of the United States. This is argued and supported with direct evidence in my evidence manual entitled, "The Washington Mafioso's UPSgate." This article easily corresponds with Code 1of the Code of Ethics for Government Service not to mention violating several federal criminal statutes.

Second, How is it that Congress did not act deceptively by engaging in the furtherance of the $58 billion federal contractor employment tax evasion fraud against the United States by violating their oaths of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States by violating both Codes 2 and 9 of the Code of Ethics for Government Service in addition to numerous criminal federal statutes as well?

Furthermore, their refusal to investigate and make known the fraud being committed against the United States violated the following General Ethical Standards clause Members, officers, and employees of the House should:

  • Conduct themselves at all times in a manner that reflects creditably on the House
  • Abide by the spirit as well as the letter of the House rules; and
  • Adhere to the broad ethical standards expressed in the Code of Ethics for Government Service.

So, now you should see the set of double standards that those named in the March 2015 Congressional Ethics complaint have participated in by persecuting the IRS Commissioner John Koskinen while engaging in far worse "UNETHICAL" and "CRIMINAL" behavior.

Congress must be judged and held to the SAME standards that they are impeaching the IRS Commissioner for. No exceptions!

Now that Congress Shall be "impeached" and removed from office while applying the same standards to themselves, the question still remains as to "why" Trey Gowdy did nothing about the federal contractor crime to begin with?

The answer to this question is quite simple. It's all about campaign donations and towing the party line. Congressman Trey Gowdy was well aware about federal contractor employment tax evasion crime that directly affects the funding of Social Security long before I filed my complaint with his office pointing it out and demanding action be taken against members of his own arty as well as the the Democratic Party members who were also identified and named in the ethic's complaints. The evidence to prove all of this is found in a May 2015 story that was ran in the Huffington Post titled, "House GOP Votes Down Measure Aimed At Curbing Wage Theft."

Dave Jamieson writes that House Republicans voted down a measure that would have discouraged the government from giving contracts to companies that have committed wage theft. The Democratic-sponsored amendment to a funding bill would have denied taxpayer money to firms with documented wage violations while under government contract. Then there is the story that was published by Erika Eichelberger in Mother Jones titled, "These 204 Republicans Don't Want to Punish Companies That Steal Workers' Wages," which specifically names Trey "Kabuki" Gowdy as one of the 204 Mafiosi.

You have to remember that this was the very bill that was written for the same crime that this whole thing is all about to begin with. I encourage you to visit the "ethic's complaint" link to this website, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and listen to the audio that I recorded when I met with my Congressman Mo Brooks discussing this matter of fraud before I was thrown out of his office.

Trey Gowdy is NOT the morally upright person that he portrays to be in front of the camera during high-profile hearings shouting and making fools of the witnesses. No, my friend is a fraud himself. This elected official needs to be thrown out of office, indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned for his involvement in the $58 billion theft against the Unites States government, American workers, and most of all, Social Security recipients. These are the same elderly Social Security recipients who are fearful of losing any of that benefit due to underfunding and theft through the avoidance of paying wages and collecting the taxes on those wages by criminal federal contractors.

Here is a copy of the roll call vote where Trey Gowdy voted to protect federal contractors that were stealing the wages from their employees and avoiding paying employment taxes to the U.S. government. Trey Gowdy is a liar and a fraud.
